修改默认的方块样式

打开edge://flags/，搜索Windows Fluent scrollbars.，右边的选项卡选中Enable

平滑滚动

自动隐藏滚动条

在页面没有上下滑动的时候，默认隐藏，鼠标靠近变粗。虽然没有 Edge 那个圆润的滚动条，但是细滚动条看过去还行。
